5 months agoNight before Thanksgiving and 15 people waiting. Outstanding work to get everyone out and the woman taking orders still had a smile on her face working hard. Very impressive and its why this is the best Chinese restaurant around

6 months agoI got a general tsos chicken lunch platter with fried rice and wonton soup. I have no idea what happened to my food, but i felt really nauseous after eating only half of it. I thought it was tree-nut cross-contamination (im allergic to tree nuts) and tried to give it to my wife, but when she ate it she *also* had the same experience: her mouth felt strange and tingly and her stomach started hurting instantly. She's not allergic to anything, and i order General Tso chicken & Fried Rice at nearly every chinese restaurant i go to. Steer clear of this place, they aren't handling their ingredients correctly. staff was really nice while i was there, though.

8 months agoI stopped in the other night to order some take out, the girl working the counter was so rude! I ordered the garlic broccoli beef combo and had 0 beef in in. Not a single piece!!! When I called to inquire the girl just hung the phone up on me. Terrible customer service and terrible food. Definitely won't be back.

8 months agoGenuinely one of the worst tasting chinese food I've ever had. The kung pao chicken was rubbery, the sauce was bland, veggies were over cooked. I got 2 eggrolls as well, and those were in the deep fryer for way too long and the oil used to fry them hadn't been changed in months i'll bet you. I will not be going back here and you should steer clear as well.

a year agoI absolutely LOVE the food at Bamboo Gardens. The food is always made with love, they are fast and the portions are what you would see from 6 years ago. I have tried many different places since moving to Lansing, MI and this is by far my favorite.

a year agoBest Chinese restaurant I've found since living in Lansing the last 4 years. It reminds me of my favorite Chinese restaurant in Jackson. Food is always great, I've never had a meal that I didn't like. Just a heads up if you call your order in, it seems like the woman is yelling at you every time but I think that's just how she talks. Would highly recommend.

5 years agoOrdered ahead. Done in 15 mins. Very filling. Appreciated that they had a plastic shield around the ordering counter because of the virus.
